Every new client begins with the 60-Minute Discovery Massage. This session gives Alexia the opportunity to learn about your areas of tension, lifestyle, preferences, and wellness goals — while providing a full-body massage.
After the massage, Alexia discusses her observations with you and refers you to the Blue Gemini Zone that best fits your needs: Mind, Body, or Spirit.
You don't need to know which massage modality to choose before your first appointment. Discovery is designed to help guide you.

After your Discovery Massage, your future care is organized around your referred Blue Gemini Zone.

For clients seeking relief from everyday stress, mental fatigue, and the need to slow down. The Mind Zone focuses on relaxation and spa-inspired massage experiences designed to create a calming environment and encourage rest.
May include: Relaxation massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, steam treatments, eye masks, and other luxury relaxation experiences.

For clients whose tension may be connected to physical activity, repetitive movement, posture, exercise, or an active lifestyle. The Body Zone focuses on movement-oriented and therapeutic bodywork.
May include: Sports massage, structural integration techniques, assisted stretching, massage gun techniques, cupping, and other recovery-focused approaches.
Ground. Breathe. Be Present.
For clients seeking a slower, more mindful and grounding approach to bodywork. The Spirit Zone focuses on stillness, relaxation, mindfulness, and mind-body awareness.
May include: Acupressure, craniosacral techniques, Shiatsu, guided meditation, sound experiences, Foot Zoning, and other gentle mindfulness-focused practices.
