What is Priority Booking Access?
Members receive early access to upcoming appointment availability, giving you first choice of dates and times before booking opens to the public. As a fully mobile service with limited weekly slots, this means you never have to compete for the times that work best for you.

How does billing work?
Memberships are billed automatically each month on your signup date.
Why 3 months?
All prescribed zone treatment plans — Mind, Body, and Spirit — are designed to last a minimum of 3 months. The body responds to consistent, cumulative care. A membership makes that commitment financially sustainable.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes — members may pause once per year for up to 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Memberships require a 30-day written notice to cancel. Sessions used in the final month are charged at the member rate.
Can I gift my session?
Yes! Unused monthly sessions can be gifted to a friend or family member.
Do sessions roll over?
Unused sessions roll over for one month only, then expire. Diamond members may roll over up to 2 sessions for up to 2 months.
Do I get access to monthly promos?
Yes — all Gem Society members receive access to the rotating monthly enhancement promos, giving every session a fresh layer of value.
